Educational Purpose

Steve Farmer Music provides piano instruction and related educational content. Individual results will vary depending on factors including practice, experience, ability, participation, and time devoted to learning.

We do not guarantee any particular level of musical ability, progress, or result from using our courses or services.

Course Purchases

Certain courses may be offered for a one-time purchase. A one-time course purchase provides access to the course according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

When a course is described as including lifetime access, “lifetime” refers to access for as long as Steve Farmer Music continues to make that course available through its website or course platform. It does not guarantee that any particular website, technology, platform, or service will operate indefinitely.

Memberships

Steve Farmer Music may offer recurring monthly or annual memberships that provide access to specified courses, lessons, practice materials, reference materials, and other current or future membership content.

Membership benefits and available content may evolve over time as new material is added, changed, or discontinued.

Membership fees are charged according to the billing interval selected at checkout.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already processed, and access may continue through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Refunds

Because Steve Farmer Music provides digital educational content that may be accessed immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable unless a different refund policy or guarantee is specifically stated on the applicable sales or checkout page.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing something you purchased, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Prices and Offerings

Prices, membership options, course contents, promotions, and other offerings may change from time to time.

A price change will not alter the amount already paid for a completed one-time purchase. Changes affecting recurring subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Course and membership access is intended for the individual purchaser and may not be shared with others unless we expressly permit it.

You may download printable materials when downloading is provided or expressly permitted for your personal use.
